  Worst Australia Post branch I have ever entered. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Queues are always long. They don't even deserve 1 star. One example is I went into the branch with a parcel pick up card left at my door the previous day. After lining up for ages, I get to the counter and she tells me its not there. When she grumpily looked in the system, it did go to the branch, then it shows it went back to the depot and was now in transit to be redelivered. Her response was there is nothing I can do but wait for them to deliver. If you know AP, they do not attempt to redeliver a second time. When I questioned her, she then just told me I have to wait until the they put a second "parcel is still waiting" card in my mailbox and there was nothing they could do....
