    I have 2 shower screen measure and install by Betta recently. Their quality is BEST - nice shower screen/ good quality The reasons I rate for 2 stars are due to 1. Measuring process - if you plan to use Betta please spare 1-2 weeks in advance to get appointment for measuring and quote 2. Installation process - This is the REAL issue here - because the glass will take 10 business days before you can call Betta to schedule the installation. The installation is DAMN longer than that. From our experiences First screen shower took 4 weeks because they FORGET part (Forget the FRAME) when they come for the installation. So of course ... you will need to re-book again so they can come back. Second screen after a long waited time First schedule for installation get cancel!!!! -- Installer calling in SICK Second Schedule ... AGAIN this time they- FORGET part which is required for the shower screen .... this time forget "DOOR" so we have booked the installation schedule again..... Third appointment .... Yeah... Installer calling SICK again .... postpone.. The process can get better IF... they listen to customer ...even you call headquarter ... nothing will happen it is like BUSINESS as USUAL. (seem to always happen and we do not want to listen to your complaint type) Till now still second shower screen is not yet finish the installation.. ** We have wasted our annual leave just to come and wait for installer and you can see how many times... since the first one and now second one... If time is critical for you - I suggest not to use them ... but if you can wait 2 months for installation to be completed. They are really good quality but forget about service. Shower screen takes longer time to complete than both of my bathroom renovation time combined together ....
